Any digital materials included with a purchase are provided as supplemental bonuses only and are not sold separately.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging with all included materials

Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products returned after the 14-day return window

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling

4. Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Refunds processed through third-party payment providers (including Affirm or Credit Key) are subject to their respective policies and processing timelines.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returned items

  • Oridian is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Provide your order number and supporting details (such as photos)

We will review and address such cases on an individual basis.

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
